Please note that order processing time can be up to three (3) business days before we ship your order. We will always strive to send your Buddy Belts products as soon as we can! (sometimes we have to make the product for you)

1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days of receipt.

- Items must not be worn or used.
- Items must be returned with original tags and bone charms attached (when applicable).
- a 25% restocking fee will apply to all items that do not meet the return and exchange criteria.

* Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Each warranty request will be considered on an individual basis, so if you're unsure about a question, email us and we'll let you know what solution we can provide.

* Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees related to the return or exchange of goods, including the cost of returning the item(s) back to Buddy Belts.

* Possible funds will be refunded upon receipt of returned product. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your items, and another 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

**Please verify correct sizing of your pet before ordering by using our Measure and Fit Guide.

2. Instructions for Returns

Please email us at customerservice@buddy-belts.com indicating your invoice # and the items you wish to return/exchange. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return items.

**Couriers are not accepted at this address. Please send by regular mail service.
**Customs information must be indicated as “Return/Warranty” with a declared value of $15. Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form the original payment was made.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

An order may be altered or cancelled prior to shipping. You may be charged a 5% restocking fee to cover PayPal fees associated with the transaction. Once an order has been shipped we cannot make any changes.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

In case of a product defect or item error, we will happily exchange your item(s). Please contact us within two (2) days or receiving you shipment for further details. Buddy Belts will cover shipping charges related to clerical errors (this does not cover sizing errors).

5. Shipping Times and Order Preparation

Orders received may take up to  three (3) business days to prepare.
Products will ship within of placing your order. Shipping times indicated with your selected service do not include the lead time required to prepare your order, as indicated above.
You will be notified in case of possible delays. 

6. Canada Shipping Information

Items ship within Canada using Canada Post Expedited service. All items include insurance and tracking. Shipping rates are based on Canada Post real-time shipping information.

7. USA Shipping Information

We have 2 shippng methods available for USA orders. They are as follows: FedEx Express: 2-3 business day delivery, after shipment has been processed (see #5 for processing times). Includes insurance and tracking. Canada Post Small Packet Air: up to 7-10 business days, after shipment has been processed. No tracking. We cannot be responsible for delays once the item has been shipped from our premises.

8. International Shipping (outside Canada and USA)

Xpresspost is the standard shipping option for International orders. We do not have a flat rate shipping option at this time. Delivery times will vary for each country depending on how long the item takes to clear customs. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international shipments. We cannot be responsible for delays once the item has been shipped from our premises.

Buddy Belts cannot guarantee replacement of lost items, as many of the items in Buddy’s Boutique are one-of-a-kind, samples or end of line. In the event that Buddy Belts has to replace an item, we will do our best to find a solution that works for the customer.

9. Other Fees

Shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes or other fees charged by the local destination or government. These are billed to you separately. Buddy Belts is not responsible for these fees.

10. Order Tracking

A tracking email will be sent from Canada Post to the email provided during checkout/account creation.

11. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

On occasion, and out of the control of Buddy Belts, shipments may be lost, stolen or damaged during delivery. Please contact Buddy Belts on this occasion and we will be happy to find a solution.

12. Your Buddy's Boutique Account

All personal information is kept confidential and will not be used, given away or sold for any other purposes.
The email you provide during your first checkout is your login information used during future orders.
